Power On!ਨਮੂਨਾ

Have you ever approached a door that automatically opens when someone comes near? What if you were to pause before entering in, with the assumption that if the door was automatic, then maybe my entering in would also be automatic? Except it’s not.
Entering in is an action; it requires you to intentionally step in. This verse encourages us to intentionally step into God’s presence [his gates] with thanksgiving and to enter into gathered worship [his courts] with praise. We are to give thanks and bless His name, to praise, exalt and worship Him - to simply bless God’s name is to recognise the magnitude of God’s greatness and take delight in experiencing it.
Today, would you intentionally enter into God’s presence, bringing thanksgiving and praise? Would you recognise the magnitude of God’s greatness, so that you can bless Him the way He deserves.
Prayer:
Father, thank You for today. Thank You that daily I get to enter into your presence. Today I bring my praise, and I bless Your holy name, would You help me to experience You greater today. Amen.

About this Plan

With Jesus, we want to go from "standing by" to stepping out! Through these readings, experience stories of when God led people to turn "on" their spiritual power and saw the Holy Spirit move through them. God is ready to do miracles on Earth, but we can miss out on what He is ready to do by staying in the boat like Peter nearly did. These Scriptures will encourage you to step out of the boat and see the Power of the Holy Spirit move!
