Power On!ਨਮੂਨਾ

One of the most powerful moments in Mark 2 is when Jesus responds to the faith of the paralyzed man’s friends. They didn’t let the crowded house stop them; they tore through the roof to get their friend to Jesus. Their determination shows us how our faith can impact others' lives.
I remember a friend who went through a hard season. She told me that what kept her going was knowing people were praying for her when she couldn’t pray for herself. Sometimes, we are the ones carrying others, and other times, we need to let others carry us to Jesus.
Think of someone in your life who needs encouragement or prayer today. Take a simple step—send a text, make a call, or pray for them. Be the person who lifts someone toward Jesus, even when it feels inconvenient or costly.
Prayer:
Jesus, thank You for the friends who have carried me closer to You. Help me to be that kind of friend to someone today. Give me the eyes to see who needs encouragement and the courage to take action. Use my faith to help others experience Your love. Amen.

About this Plan

With Jesus, we want to go from "standing by" to stepping out! Through these readings, experience stories of when God led people to turn "on" their spiritual power and saw the Holy Spirit move through them. God is ready to do miracles on Earth, but we can miss out on what He is ready to do by staying in the boat like Peter nearly did. These Scriptures will encourage you to step out of the boat and see the Power of the Holy Spirit move!
