PRAY: Lord, please help me to keep my eyes on You. Don't let me be shaken, but please fill my heart with gladness and my tongue with praise. I want my whole body to be at peace, loving You, trusting You, and being used by You to bring peace to others. Thank you for showing me that in trusting You I will experience peace!

REFLECT: Think about how often you feel gladness and praise. And have you ever felt your whole body at peace? What do you need to do to feel His peace more often?

ACT: Write down three things that you may need to change to feel more gladness and praise in your life. It may be an attitude change, it may be spending more time with the Lord, or choosing not to complain...whatever it is, take steps right now to experience more of God's peace, gladness, and praise on a daily basis.
