What is love? Is it that fuzzy feeling you get when you sit next to your crush? Is it how you feel when you see the waiter bringing your order? Let’s be honest, there are a lot of conflicting messages for what love really is. After all, you could say "I love my mom so much," and in the next breath say, "I love Chick-fil-a so much." The word "love" is so easy to swap out when we go from expressing what we like to what we deeply care for.

However, with all the confusion around what love really looks like, God gives us the best definition. In the Bible, we are told that God is love. God is motivated by selfless, sacrificial love. There’s no better example of this than how Jesus lived His life. Jesus gave us the Holy Spirit to be our guide, to love God and love others.
