In the opening poem of the Bible, we read how God created everything—including you and me.
That thought alone is crazy. God didn’t have to create anything, and yet he did. Why?
Love.
God is love, and he wanted to share that love with you and me.
In the garden of Eden, God and humanity were close.
And so, God created humanity in his image, blessed them, and gave them responsibility.
Everything was “very good.” Things were the way that God designed them to be.
Question: How has God blessed you? What are some things in your life that are very good?
