Shemoth (Exodus) 5:1

And afterwards Mosheh and Aharon went in and said to Pharaoh, “Thus said יהוה Elohim of Yisra’ĕl, ‘Let My people go, so that they celebrate a festival to Me in the wilderness.’ ”
