We may trust a lot of people in our lives—our parents, our best friends, our coaches, our Small Group Leaders. But is there anyone we trust so much that we’d follow them anywhere? Good or bad, high or low, no questions asked. That’s exactly how much the man in this passage trusted Jesus. He didn’t know where Jesus would lead him or what he might have to do along the way. He just trusted Him enough to follow. That’s faith—the kind that believes Jesus will not only lead us the right way, but take care of us as we go. Is there an area of your life where you need to trust God more? Pray about it today, promising God that you will follow Him wherever He leads you.
