There is power in an invitation. Whether you’re being invited to hang with friends or invited to join a group on a school project, a simple invitation has the power to change how you feel about yourself and others. Jesus offers us the ultimate invitation when He invites us to follow Him. It’s an invitation that, when we accept it, has the power to change not only our lives, but the lives of those around us. When was the last time you shared the amazing invitation to follow Jesus with someone else? Think of someone in your life who you know could use that invitation. Then, be bold to share with them more about what it means to follow Jesus. Maybe even invite them to join you at church this week!
