HE WILL SHOW YOU THINGS YOU 'DO NOT UNDERSTAND'

"Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, fenced in and hidden, which you do not know, do not distinguish and recognize, have knowledge of and understand." – Jeremiah 33:3, AMPC

The last promise of God to those who call upon Him, is that He will show them things they 'do not understand'. This is such a wonderful promise, as we really understand very little! The word 'understand' here refers to comprehension that leads to wisdom and right action. It is not only to know something or understand something in the mind, but to understand it in such a way that the revelation moves us into action. And that step of obedience to take 'action' leads to transformation. It transforms our own lives first, but it also impacts the lives of others around us.

He is inviting us, not only to WALK WITH HIM, but also to REVEAL HIM TO OTHERS. This understanding differs for each person because every individual has a unique calling from the Lord. Those who 'call on Him' will therefore come to know what it is He wants them to do, not from comparing themselves to others, but from walking with Him. This is your invitation. Do not delay any longer; make a clear decision today to walk with Him.

PRAY

Father, it is my desire to walk with You and to invite others to walk with You, too. Teach me to ‘call on You’, and to come to know You perfect will for my life. Grant me wisdom to walk in Your ways.
