Unashamed of the Gospel
The Gospel isn’t just good advice. It’s good news—the greatest news in the world.
It’s the news that brings salvation. It’s the message that changes eternity. It’s the power of God at work in the hearts of people. And right now, on your campus, there are students walking through life who have never heard it.
That’s why we speak up. That’s why we share.
There are tools and frameworks that can help—things like the Bridge Diagram, Romans Road, or Three Circles. These can give you language to explain the Gospel clearly. But ultimately, the most important thing isn’t which method you use. It’s that you speak with boldness and love.
Here’s a simple way to think about the Gospel message in four parts:
- Creation – God created everything, and it was good.
- Fall – Humanity chose sin, breaking the world and separating us from God.
- Redemption – Jesus came to rescue us through His death and resurrection.
- Restoration – One day, Jesus will return to restore all things, and those who trust in Him will live forever with God.
You don’t need a stage or a theology degree to share that. You just need courage, clarity, and a willingness to speak.
It might be over coffee in your dorm. Or during a walk across campus. It could be a classmate asking why you go to church or a roommate opening up about something heavy. Those are divine moments. Be ready.
You are God’s ambassador on your campus. And the Gospel you carry is more powerful than any fear you’ll face.
Don’t shrink back. Speak up. Sharing Jesus is the most loving thing you can do, and God is with you!
