Efesus 5:1-2

Renungan ini akan memberikan gambaran nilai kehidupan dari jemaat di Efesus. Biarlah kita bisa mengikuti apa yang mereka lakukan untuk kita teladani dalam kehidupan kita.

Ketidakpastian bisa membuat kita merasa tidak berdaya. Tapi, iman dalam pribadi Yesus akan memberikan keyakinan dan kekuatan untuk terus berjalan. Melalui renungan ini, mari kita belajar untuk mengikut Yesus, Sang Terang Kehidupan. Sehingga rasa takut tidak menguasai kita, melainkan kita hidup dengan semangat, mimpi, dan optimisme, sambil berjalan bersama saudara seiman mengikut Yesus.

Children are a blessing from the Lord, no matter the circumstances surrounding their birth (Psalm 127:3).  If you are a father, thank God for it and decide right now that you are going to be what God wants you to be in your children’s lives, a visible, tangible illustration of Him, no matter what choices you’ve made to this point.  Being a good father really is not as complicated as you might think!  All you have to do is love your children like your Heavenly Father loves you.

The opposite of mastery is mediocrity, and mediocrity is nothing less than a failure of love and a misrepresentation of the image of God.
