Matt highlights that “Love always takes a risk because you are not in control of God and if you were in control you wouldn’t be taking a risk”. He goes on to say that, “The very Nature of Love is you relinquishing control over another. So, by doing so, you are extending Faith and Trust towards God”.

Who is the real you?

When you are living closest to who God designed you to be... who are you?

Prayer...

Take some time to ask God about the things that might be keeping you from fully stepping out into what God has for you – “taking the risk to be you”, as Matt says.

Ask God if there is an act of faith He wants from you. He may have been asking for a while (forgiving someone, letting go of a relationship, stepping away from sin, stepping into obedience). Or it may be something new. If He shows you something, make your life a prayer by DOING IT!
