Dear God,

Show me how to keep building on what I’ve been given, adding to my faith: good character, spiritual understanding, discipline, perseverance, and reverent wonder.  I also ask for the ability to look out for others. In doing so you have promised that I will mature in my experience with you and have the clarity I desire about my purpose that is right in plain sight.
