My prayer life is much more vibrant when I’m going through a difficult time and need a break or rest or an answer to a dilemma. Are you the same? It’s frustrating when all we get back from God is silence. It’s easier to say than do, but the key here is to keep the lines of communication open. God has not abandoned you, and he never will.  

Is it your habit to continually cry out to God when you are struggling? Why or why not? 

Prayer: God, please help me to be continually prayerful, especially when I don’t feel like it. Amen.
