Long Awaited: Prophecies of the Savior's Birthનમૂનો

SPOKEN OF AS A PROPHET
MOSES SPOKE OF A FUTURE PROPHET | DEUTERONOMY 18:15
Moses foretold the coming of a prophet who would arise from among the Israelites, one who would lead with authority and speak directly from God. “The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you,” Moses declared, calling the people to listen to this future ruler who would reveal God’s love and redemptive power.
This prophecy held a deep significance for the Jewish people, who saw it as a promise of future guidance and renewal. For centuries, they awaited a leader with the same boldness and faithfulness as Moses, one who would call them back to righteousness and fulfill God’s plans.
MANY RECOGNIZED JESUS AS A MIRACULOUS PROPHET | JOHN 6:14
After witnessing Jesus’ miracles, people began to recognize Him as the prophet Moses had foretold. After the people saw the signs and wonders Jesus performed, they began to say, “Surely this is the Prophet who is to come into the world.” Seeing Jesus’ abilities, they affirmed that Jesus was the fulfillment of this ancient promise. His teachings, miracles, and compassion revealed the presence of God in a powerful way, giving people hope that the long-awaited prophet had indeed arrived.
JESUS WAS THE FORETOLD PROPHET + PROMISE FULFILLED | ACTS 3:22-23
In the book of Acts, one of Jesus’ closest followers, Peter, reaffirmed that Jesus was the prophet promised by Moses. Peter urged everyone who hears to respond to Jesus, recognize Him as the fulfillment of this prophecy, and follow Him.
This Christmas, find comfort in knowing that God keeps His promises and that His plans for us are good.
