If you do not have the right information, you may find yourself quitting and throwing away ‘your confidence,’ so knowing your target market can help you in this regard. For example, it is important to send off your article or synopsis to the relevant publication. There is no point in sending a recipe for homemade apple pie to a magazine that deals strictly with young women’s fashion. Understanding this concept will save you a lot of heartache in the long run. If the results you have been hoping for don’t seem forthcoming, remember today’s verse: You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what He has promised. God is on your side. He wants you to receive the prize. So don’t give up.
