Game Changer (Week 6)Exemple

Day Four
Everything’s a Gift - We always celebrate and practice thankfulness! We choose to focus on how great God is. We are thankful for everything in our lives and for the people around us.
READ:
Washing the Disciples' Feet in any Children's Bible or John 13:3-30 ICB.
Jesus wanted to wash the disciples feet to show them how to care for each other and other people.
Jesus loved his friends, the disciples, so much and He loves you too!
ASK:
What does the story tell us about why Jesus washed the disciples' feet?
Jesus told the disciples, ‘As I have washed your feet, so you should wash one another's’. Jesus was teaching the disciples how to love and serve one another.
Who can you love and serve today?
Maybe you can help with some jobs around the house? Maybe you can help tidy your toys? Maybe you can be kind to your family and neighbours?
Whatever you decide to do, be sure to do it with a happy heart.
REMEMBER:
Psalm 9:1
I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.
SAY:
My God is good,
He is awesome and great.
He helps me be strong,
Even when I’m afraid.
I will say thank you,
For all He has done.
For me and my people,
He loves everyone.

À propos de ce plan

During this series we will be journeying through and exploring ‘Everything's a Gift’. Through scripture and well-known bible stories we’ll explore how this DNA is about having an attitude of gratitude. We pray that children will grasp that God loves a grateful heart and that we have so much that we can be grateful for.
