Experience When you take a walk today grab a handful of salt,  sugar or sand if you have it. As you walk, slowly let your hand open and allow those particles to fall to the ground. Sense the release and freedom that comes as you do. What do you learn? Practice Type out a verse from this Psalm and message it out to someone each day over the next week. Question How can I live today (both for my sake and others) in a way that demonstrates my belief in this Psalm?
