When you feel like your work doesn’t matter, what can you do? Your work has more meaning when you consider yourself part of the team. When your approach to your work is to listen and respond with your insight, intellect, experience, and wisdom, you provide the interpretation of how to solve a problem (a disturbing dream) or achieve a goal (a defining dream).
