A heart that rejoices is one that is truly thankful and celebrates the work of God in their lives and the lives of people around them. This is something that has to be cultivated in our lives- remembering and reflecting on all the good things. Not only do we experience the goodness of God in us, but we get to take it to the world and experience the goodness of God as experienced by others who receive it. Allow yourself just to reflect on the reasons to be joyful and experience the joy of God. Tell God what you're thankful for, and to give you true joy in seeing Him move in your life and the expansion of the kingdom of God as you learn to see it more and more.
