Lasting Joy for the "pure in heart"

Some translations say they shall see God more and more, a deeper level of knowing Christ.

Notice it didn't say the pure in actions, in ceremony or in religious duty he said the pure in heart! What on the inside? Whats in your heart?

Man looks outside! God looks at the heart-
You can fool people but you cannot fool God.
Your works must be motivated by the heart.

Outward works were not enough to create the cleansing the heart needed! Only Jesus can cleanse us completely! This is Good news!!

Blessed are the sincere in Heart.
The blessing is attached to those who are sincere.

A simple way to protect your heart to stay pure.

Purity is mouth Control-

Watch out for what you say and sing!

Ask God for the power to control your tongue- form gossip, slander, perversion.

Purity is motive control- The Why behind our actions.
Without self awareness and dealing with inner life you won't be able to be self aware- pride or shame will keep fyou from seeing what's going in your heart and if you can't see what's in your heart your motives will be clouded.

Let's be careful not to be quick to judge someone's heart.

the wheat and weeds look very similar lets be slow to think we know the heart of a person.

You will see God more and more- your awareness of God and closeness to God increases when we are living pure lives!There's more for us on the other side of a sincere faith.
