Spiritual Warfare in Revival

The advancement of God's Kingdom always encounters opposition from darkness. Revival is not a path without resistance. The closer heaven draws, the more hell stirs. Paul reminds us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual powers of evil.

In every revival, intercessors have had to wage spiritual battles. In Finney, men like Daniel Nash spent days in prayer, fighting in the unseen realm so that the Word would bear fruit. In Wales, meetings were sometimes marked by intense spiritual confrontations. But each time, light triumphed over darkness.

In my journey, I feel how real this battle is. Fasting, prayer, and sanctification remind me that I cannot win with my human strength. I need to put on the armor of God every day: truth, righteousness, faith, salvation, the Word, and prayer.

Watchman Nee said, “The enemy fears most a Christian who knows his authority in Christ.” The battle is real, but victory belongs to us in Jesus.

Today, choose to stand firm. The revival is advancing despite opposition, for the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

Declaration of Faith:
I choose to walk in the authority of Christ. I believe that darkness retreats before the light of the Gospel. I proclaim that revival will triumph through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Prayer:
Lord, strengthen me in spiritual warfare. Clothe me with Your full armor. Give me discernment to thwart the enemy's schemes. Fill me with Your courage to stand firm until victory.
