Confession: Confess to the Lord the ways in which you have lacked self-control recently and ask him to forgive and transform you.
Prayer: Thank you Jesus for coming to heal the sick. Thank you that we don't have to perform for you to merit your attention and grace, but you freely come to us out of love to rescue us from our sin. Help us to build walls of self-control and grow in love for you.
