Lent | Week 5: What Jesus Did for YouSample

Jesus' Death Is the Ultimate Act of Sacrifice
When Jesus laid down His life for you, he demonstrated the ultimate act of love. It’s through his love that you have been saved, and it’s that same love that calls you to love others. Jesus didn’t just die for you to know love – he died for you to give love, too.
How are you responding to the love Jesus showed you? Are there ways you’re holding back, or are you letting that love shape how you interact with others? Loving sacrificially can mean stepping out of your comfort zone or putting others’ needs above your own. What might that look like in your life today?
Pray: Jesus, thank you for the incredible love you showed on the cross. Help me to love others with the same sacrificial love you’ve shown me. Amen.
