Chances are when you think about hanging out with friends or talking with people at school, you don’t think it has anything to do with the “glory of God.” But in this passage, Paul says when we welcome people—anytime we make someone else feel safe, accepted, seen, and valued—we glorify God. How? By making room for someone God loves and sees as infinitely valuable. Think about someone in your life you could “welcome.” In other words, who could you demonstrate God to this week by making room for them in your life?
