Start the Party - High SchoolSample

Love may be a word we often hear but have a hard time explaining. While people may define love differently, we can all agree that love requires action. It’s more than what we say or feel. It has to work itself out with our deeds and behavior. Otherwise, love becomes empty and hollow. Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection were the perfect example of love in action. He didn’t just tell us God loves us; Jesus showed us how He treated people, and ultimately by being willing to die to show us how strong His love for us is. Today, think about someone who may need your commitment or sacrifice. What can you do this week to love them well?
