Being able to track your progress in real-time is one of the best parts of having a phone or smartwatch. From your steps to heart rate — even miles, if you're an athlete! But our physical health isn't the only area where we can track progress and grow.
We're a work in progress, and there are so many different ways to experience growth. Unlike our physical or emotional maturity, spiritual growth seems kind of vague at times and can even be difficult to keep track of. The Bible actually speaks to this! The author of our Bible verses for today writes to people who aren't sure how to grow spiritually. The author gives us hope by reminding us we can grow in the "powers of discernment," learning how to gauge our spiritual maturity by relying on the Holy Spirit for guidance and understanding.
If you're not sure how you've grown spiritually, begin your tracking process now! Check out the Spiritual Habit Tracker from Grow Students to help you out.
