Have you ever wondered, "What's my purpose in life? What should I do with my life?" Maybe you have, maybe you haven't. But if you follow Jesus, you might say, "My purpose is to share the gospel!" After all, some of Jesus' last words were to tell his followers to go and make disciples all over the world. But hang on. That mission Jesus gave us starts somewhere and starts with simply knowing Jesus. Remember, when Jesus gave us that mission, he wasn't talking to strangers. He was talking to his friends. And their mission was all about helping other people begin friendships with Jesus too. With God, our purpose has always been tied to a relationship with our Creator. So if you want to know why you’re here or what your purpose is, start by getting to know the one who created you. Whether your life's purpose seems clear to you or you still have many questions, that's okay. Here's what matters most: your purpose is to know Jesus.
