Most often the tone of a classroom is a direct reflection of the educator in authority. Although the learning environment is comprised of  varying strengths, personalities and unique creative traits of each student enrolled, the overall tone of the learning environment is established by the educator. Creating the right tone for any learning environment should be first established in righteousness. The God-honoring values of an edunacious educator should be so evident that an individual knows one is set apart by their actions and behavior. When the edunacious educator displays righteousness in the learning environment used to teach students a remarkable seed is planted where students are able to witness God-honoring values and morals consistently displayed. Educators who actively practice God-honoring values before their students despite evident triumphs and trials set a tone that radiates positivity and God-honoring attributes that in turn can divinely impact others. The aim to display righteousness in leadership causes rejoicing but when an educator is wicked it will negatively impact students directly and indirectly. Educators have a great responsibility as it relates to leading and facilitating an academic learning atmosphere in integrity, peace, righteousness and Godliness. Even if others disagree with a learning atmosphere centered in righteousness, remain resilient and diligent because doing it God’s way is the only way and the best way to victory. For example, Boaz was an educator, although we don’t read of him leading in a traditional classroom setting.  Boaz set the tone as leader for his workers on how to treat Ruth. Ruth was not like the other students in Boaz's learning environment but  Boaz’s leadership of righteousness set the tone and changed the trajectory of Ruth’s life. Boaz instructed his workers to respect Ruth despite her differences. No doubt people in the town talked about Ruth’s past, but the Edunacious Educator Boaz displayed righteousness when he talked about Ruth’s God-honoring qualities and intentionally respected her before others. God is pleased when we purposefully exhibit God-honoring righteous lifestyles publicly and privately before Him. Educators influence and impact more students than they'll ever know. Aiming to live a life of righteousness exposes so many to the unforgettable brilliant light and love of Christ.
