Speak into policies at work. Many companies are changing! Studies have been conducted and strategic plans have been formulated. We don’t need any further studies to prove what we already know. Strategic plans are only useful if there are champions. Champion the cause and push for change! Volunteer at local organizations that support social justice. Donate your time and money. Continue to love, examine yourself, listen, learn , and be bold .
