Becoming A Yes Sister By Angelia White

DAG 4 VAN 7

Day 4 Look to God for Help Making Connections God will put His fingerprints all over our search for Yes Sisters when we commit it to Him. Our hopes can’t out dream Him. Try reading the following verses from a fresh viewpoint, as if He’s writing specifically to you as a woman in search of or becoming a Yes Sister. He desires that we hold each other’s hearts with the love and esteem we’ve received from Him. John 10:10—When we help one another discover the abundance God has planned for us, we experience the miracle of understanding more about who Jesus is. As we understand more, we find ourselves investing more time and energy to helping other women discover Him. Isaiah 55:9—God’s yes is bigger than our own. Nothing—not geography or cultural boundaries nor religious differences nor age—can limit His ways of connecting women to one another. 1 John 3:1—God’s yes guides us into knowing Him as our unfailing Dad. He reaches out His love toward us, inviting us to be His much-loved daughters and heirs of His creation. Colossians 3:1–2—These verses are like our battle cry as we fight for one another, including the women we don’t know yet. That’s truly what this life is—a calling of epic, eternal magnitude in which every woman can play her own special role. Pick the verse above that speaks most strongly to your heart right now, then turn it into a prayer of expectancy and faith. Ask God to place you in the path of the women He wants you to meet today.
