Dit kan gebeur dat daar in julle alledaagse lewe dinge gebeur wat nie vir julle lekker is nie en wat julle geloof op allerhande maniere toets. Moenie dat dit julle van stryk bring nie. Kom ons neem goud as voorbeeld. Geld wat van goud gemaak is, hou natuurlik nie vir altyd nie. Tog doen mense moeite om dit in ’n baie warm vuur te sit om so al die vuiligheid wat in die goud vassit, weg te smelt. So is dit met die geloof ook. Dit moet getoets en suiwer gemaak word. As julle geloof deur al die moeilikhede heen sterk bly, sal daar by die wederkoms van Jesus gesê word watter mooi voorbeeld julle met julle geloof gestel het. Almal sal daaroor praat.
