Sedertdien het die Heilige Gees gekom as ons Parakleet (Helper/Voorspraak). Hy wil ons help om sonde te oorwin en om nuwe eienskappe soos liefde, vrede, blydskap, geduld en selfbeheersing te ontwikkel. Hy sal ons met krag toerus om getuies van Jesus te wees.
