Move Light
Imagine trying to run with a 100-pound backpack versus a 10-pound one. The heavier the load, the harder it is to move forward. The same goes for life. What are you carrying that’s weighing you down?
Scripture says the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy by placing burdens like shame, guilt, fear, anxiety, and much more on our backs. These are things you were never yours to carry! When you lay down those weights, you can move freely and run the race God designed for you, faster and stronger.
When you connect with God through Movement, you are physically shaking off what is spiritually holding you back. Let every movement you make be a posture of surrender — letting go of broken thought patterns, false perceptions of yourself, unresolved offense, or unforgiveness toward others. Give it all to God so you can move forward and win the prize for which God has called you in Christ Jesus.
Prayer
God, You are my deliverer. Thank You, Jesus, that Your burden is light. I ask You to remove any heavy weights from me that You did not give. Thank You for teaching me how to endure and for drawing me into deeper dependence on You. Amen.
Activation
Ask God, “What would prevent me from running the race You’ve set before me?” Write those down and ask Him to lift those things off of you.

There is only one way to God, and it's through Jesus, but in Jesus, there are many ways to connect with God. One way you can connect with God is through Movement. Movement is when you encounter God as you move your body physically through exercise, dance, walking, or any form of movement. Through this 7-day devotional, our goal is that you would walk away understanding the heart of moving with God and be equipped with the tools to connect with Him in this way.
