A wise man once said, "Keep the main thing the main thing.” As we try to prioritize our responsibilities, be sure not to get bogged down with things that may appear important, but are not necessarily the most important.

People are at the heart of Jesus. Investing in people-work brings joy. Nothing compares to the joy of being able to lead someone to Christ. Psalm 126:6 tells us, “He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.” There is much joy in getting to see the fruit of our labors, when we see how God has multiplied the work we have done for Him. But this joy does not only happen when we see others believe in Jesus. There is also great joy in nurturing and discipling new Christians! We should rejoice in seeing people come to Christ and being saved, and we also rejoice as Christians grow in Christ and become more like Him!
