40 Days to Awaken Your Sober MindНамуна

Sister, you didn’t walk this road alone, and you don’t have to finish it alone either.
Healing happens within a safe, supportive community. If our core wounds are inflicted through relationships, it makes sense that healing also happens through relationships. God wired us for connection. First with Him, next with ourselves, and then with others. Growth sticks when it’s rooted in sisterhood. Hebrews tells us to keep showing up and actively look for ways to encourage one another.
Ecclesiastes reminds us that we’re stronger together than we ever are apart. Not only is it safer and helpful to travel with another, it’s way more FUN too!
So stay connected. Reach out. Join the conversation. Share your story. Lift another woman up. This journey works best when it’s walked hand in hand.
You matter and are highly valued as a light-bearer for the next woman behind you.
Prayer:
Thank You, Lord, for the gift of community. Help me keep growing with my sisters and be a voice of encouragement to others on this path.
Journal Prompt:
Who has walked with you during these 40 days? How can you thank, support, or encourage them in return?

About this Plan

Have you found yourself at the end of a long day, wondering, “Is this glass of wine really helping? You’re not alone. Let's awaken your sober mind through presence, grace, and truth. We’ll explore what it means to pause, connect, and live in alignment. We’re going to look at what God’s Word says about freedom, peace, and wholeness. Each day, I encourage you to slow down and really reflect. Let this be more than just a reading. Let it be a rewiring. You are not broken. You’re being rebuilt. One day at a time, one choice at a time.
