Freedom After Divorce - Reclaim Your LifeНамуна

Day 1: Give Yourself Permission to Grieve
Divorce can leave you feeling broken and uncertain. I know the weight of that pain, yet I also know God’s love brings peace and healing even in the darkest moments. He is always present, ready to restore your future.
It’s natural to grieve what was lost and to feel anger, regret, or disappointment. Don’t push those emotions away—bring them to God. You have His permission to grieve, and in His arms you will find rest.
Grieving is the beginning of healing. It opens the door to forgiveness—toward yourself and others. As Matthew 6:14–15 reminds us, forgiveness is the path to freedom.
You are not alone. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those crushed in spirit. Trust Him to carry you through, release the weight of resentment, and lead you into restoration.
Reflection: What emotions have you been holding back from God? Take a moment to release them in His presence.
Prayer: Lord, thank You for being near to me in my brokenness. Help me grieve with hope, forgive with grace, and trust You to heal and restore my heart. Amen.
