Uncharted: Ruach, Spirit of GodНамуна

"I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth.” — Genesis 9:13 (NIV)
After the flood, God made a promise to Noah, and with all creation, that He would never again destroy the earth by flood. As a sign of this promise, He placed a rainbow in the sky.
Each time that I see a rainbow, I am in awe of God’s incredible creativity and creation, and at the same time, this reminds me that even when the world is broken, God remains faithful. The rainbow is more than something beautiful; it’s a symbol of God’s mercy and unchanging promises.
When life feels uncertain or overwhelming, remember God’s promises. He is a covenant-keeping God. Trust that He is still in control and full of grace. Trust that even in a broken world, a perfect God is in control and has good plans for us all.
Prayer:
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness to us. Thank You for Your promises that never fail. When I feel unsure, help me to look to You and remember that You are always with me. Amen.
