Abide’s mission is to help the world experience the peace of Christ through biblical meditation. Meditation is an ancient biblical practice first mentioned in Genesis 24. Centuries later, meditation has been proven to help reduce stress and enable people to get better sleep all while drawing closer to God. Abide is a division of Guideposts. Started as Carpenter’s Code in 2014 by two former Google employees, Abide has grown to be the trusted daily companion to more than 250,000 people.
