Finding Peace in Relationships

DAG 7 AV 7

What does a kingdom of peace look like? Early Christians were getting hung up on things like food and traditions. Paul wrote to remind them of what God really wanted for his people: goodness, peace, and joy. At the end of C. S. Lewis’s The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe , the four children have grown into wise, caring rulers of a wonderful world named Narnia, ruling from the capital city Cair Paraval. It’s like a tiny glimpse into what a kingdom at peace looks like—a place where good people rule from joyful hearts. God’s Kingdom has come and is coming . The children got to experience a peek of the good land Narnia. We get peeks at God’s Kingdom, a life of goodness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. I’ll take even those small views of it. Act Read or watch C. S. Lewis’s The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe , paying close attention to the ending. Pray God, your Kingdom is going to be better than any imagined one. Help me to start living like it’s arriving soon!
