This program has the opportunity to  work effectively when small groups, fellowships, and churches use it as a part of their outreach plans and drive evangelism through a focus on One! at a time. When groups pray sincerely to God to help them proclaim the Word of God, the Holy Spirit shows up to empower. Groups are made up of people whom Jesus called with two simple words: “Follow me” (Matthew 4:19). Sometimes these people are like the apostle Peter, who despite his humble fisherman background and the failures he experienced in following Jesus, says in one of his letters to the churches that those who follow Jesus are “a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession” (1 Peter 2:9). When these called out and chosen people pray for boldness to preach God's Word and ask Him to do wonders, they can expect and believe God the Holy Spirit to fill them and work through them individually. "Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word, by stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your holy Servant Jesus.” And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness."
