Qualities Of An Entrepreneur – Innovative Thinking The Young Entrepreneurs Study, funded by the John Templeton Foundation, studied 5,000 college-age people over three years to determine what qualities were typically present in budding entrepreneurs. They discovered four key traits, including Innovative Thinking , Self-Control , Initiative , and Entrepreneurial Mentors . Let’s begin with Innovative Thinking . According to this study, 76% of aspiring entrepreneurs displayed high levels of innovative thinking as compared to only 47% of non-entrepreneurial types. These young entrepreneurs were usually looking for creative ways to improve everyday tasks. Hebrews 8:13 teaches, “By calling this covenant 'new,' he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and outdated will soon disappear.” Even God improved the Old Covenant with Jesus and the New Covenant.
