## HOLD ON TO HOPE! "Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness.” Desmond Tutu > PRAY: Lord, You say that if we profess our hope in You that You are faithful to fulfill that. So, I ask You now to help me hold unswervingly to the hope You offer me. And please use me to encourage others so that I can be a part of Your work, to spur on others to also love and do good deeds. I look forward to what You're about to do, In the name of Jesus. AMEN > REFLECT: This verse brings up some great questions to reflect upon: Am I holding unswervingly to God's hope that will not disappoint me? Am I actually professing that hope to others? Am I spurring on others to love people and to do good deeds? Do I believe I can actually be used by God to impact others to be more Christ-like? There is a lot to think about! > ACT: Today is your chance to spur on someone in your life to love more, and to do good deeds, all in the name of Jesus. Choose one person to pray for, and to reach out to with encouraging words. Maybe even challenge them to walk with you as a follower of Jesus, and make an eternal difference in their world.
