God's Optimal Health Plan for Youਨਮੂਨਾ

Mental Contentment
The act of contentment is important in the Bible because it reflects trust in God’s provision and guards our heart from greed and worry. Paul wrote, “I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances” (Philippians 4:11 NIV), showing that true peace comes not from possessions but from reliance on Christ. Hebrews 13:5 (NIV) reminds believers, “Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, ‘Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.’” Contentment demonstrates faith that God’s presence and care are enough, allowing believers to live with gratitude, joy, and freedom from anxiety about worldly gain.
Additionally, love, joy, and peace, which are fruits of the spirit, are precursors for mental contentment. Mental confusion, mental instability, or noises in the head can be a sign of a whole food B vitamin deficiency. One of the most common underlying causes of many conditions we assess is the B-complex deficiency syndrome. Having constant noises and emotional turmoil can create chaos and drain you emotionally. Self-inflicted, negative self-talk can also deplete necessary B-vitamins, with sugar leading the cause of B vitamin deficiency. Today, let’s ask the Lord for His peace and contentment in everything that we do.
