Impulses for the Way: 30 Days on the Camino De Santiagoਨਮੂਨਾ

The 'Camino' Provides
As you begin your time today, start with a few deep breaths. Let go of the activities and responsibilities that are clamoring for your attention.
Set your mind and your heart to listen and receive what the Holy Spirit wants to teach to you today.
In the video, Barrett claims that “God himself is providing for us along the Camino. So much so that he put himself into humanity so that humanity can be his means of sharing his goodness, like a fountain of wine for all who pass by.”
Consider: When I experience something good, to whom do I direct my gratitude?
Slowly and thoughtfully read the following Bible passage: “And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work” (2 Corinthians 9:8, NIV).
Ask yourself: What word or phrase sticks out to me from the passage?
Read the passage slowly again.
Prayerfully consider: How can I be a conduit of God’s kindness and provision to others?
Conclude your time by resting in God’s presence. Share with him your longings and your desire to respond to the impulse of his Spirit within you.

About this Plan

What if following Jesus was like walking the Camino de Santiago—dusty paths, vineyards, mountain passes, and ancient Roman roads? *Impulses for the Way* is a 30-day, video devotional filmed across 800km of this historic pilgrimage. Barrett Harkins, who lives in Santiago and serves pilgrims daily, shares stories from the trail, Scripture reflections, and prayers that explore restlessness, forgiveness, hope, and radical grace. Whether you’re on the Camino or navigating daily life, these short videos invite you to take the next step with Jesus—listening to the Spirit’s whispers and remembering this truth: you never walk alone.
