“30 Pictures of Jesus” 30 Day Planਨਮੂਨਾ

From the very beginning, the purpose of creation was that God would be with us. In Eden, God planted a garden so humanity could live in His presence. To walk with God in the cool of the day, to live in His place of peace and provision, was paradise itself. Even after sin fractured creation, God’s plan never changed—He always intended to dwell with His people. He moved into the tabernacle in the wilderness and later filled the temple in Jerusalem so that His presence would remain in the midst of Israel.
But again and again, God’s people forgot this central truth: their security was not in alliances, armies, or idols but in God’s presence with them. That’s exactly the warning Isaiah gave King Ahaz. Surrounded by hostile nations, Ahaz looked for salvation in Assyria instead of in the God who promised to be with Judah. So God gave Ahaz a sign: a child would be born, and his very name would declare God’s promise—Immanuel, God with us (Isaiah 7:14). Even though violent threats from the nations were coming, the child’s name testified that God had not abandoned His people.
Centuries later, the final fulfillment of Isaiah’s promise came when a virgin gave birth to a son named Jesus (Matthew 1:21–23). He was more than a sign—He was God Himself, taking on flesh to live with His people. In Jesus, the God who walked with Adam in the garden and who dwelt in the tabernacle now walked the streets of Galilee and touched the sick with His own hands. John says it this way: “The Word became flesh and tabernacled among us” (John 1:14). Jesus is Immanuel, the living presence of God among His people.
And God’s plan to be with us did not stop at Jesus’ birth. Through His death and resurrection, Jesus made a way for His Spirit to dwell within us now. No longer is God’s presence limited to a garden, tent, or temple. By the Spirit, we have God’s presence in us wherever we go. And just as surely as God came near in Jesus, He will one day dwell fully and finally with His people in the new heavens and new earth. Revelation promises a day when God’s dwelling will be with humanity forever: “They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them as their God” (Revelation 21:3).
This is the hope of the whole Bible: God with us. In Eden, in Israel, in Jesus, in His Spirit, and in the new creation to come—our God is Immanuel. We never need to fear abandonment, oppression, or exile, because the story of Scripture ends where it began: with God dwelling with His people in everlasting peace.
