“30 Pictures of Jesus” 30 Day Planਨਮੂਨਾ

Today we see Jesus as the King of Kings.
From the very beginning, humanity was meant to rule. In Genesis, God gave Adam and Eve dominion over creation, calling them to reign as his royal image-bearers. Even the beasts of the field and the creeping things were to be under their authority. But instead of ruling over the serpent, Adam submitted to it. From that moment on, the dominion of the world fell under Satan’s deceptive power. He is called the “prince of the power of the air” (Ephesians 2:2) and even offered Jesus the kingdoms of the world, claiming they were his to give (Luke 4:6). Since Eden, the world has been dominated by evil, oppression, and death under a false king.
John’s vision in Revelation shows us the end of this counterfeit rule. Heaven opens, and Jesus rides out on a white horse to wage war against the powers of darkness. His robe is already dipped in blood, showing that his victory is not won by future battles but by his past sacrifice. He wears crowns, not because he has yet to conquer, but because he has already taken dominion from every rival. And instead of wielding a sword in his hand, the sword comes from his mouth. With a word, he announces his authority: he alone is “King of kings and Lord of lords” (Revelation 19:16).
The beasts of false religion and imperial power rally their armies, but they are defeated before they can lift a weapon. Satan himself, the serpent who has ruled since Eden, is bound and imprisoned, his power to deceive the nations broken. Finally, even death—the last enemy— is thrown into the lake of fire. Every force that has ever resisted God’s rule is judged and destroyed.
But notice how Jesus wins. His robe is dipped in blood before the battle begins. His victory over Satan, the beasts, and death was secured on the cross. By dying as the slain Lamb, Jesus conquered the serpent that Adam failed to subdue. By rising from the grave, he dethroned death and announced his reign as King of Kings. John’s vision shows us the world at last set right: a creation ruled not by rebellion and chaos but by the just and merciful King who shed his own blood for his people.
This is good news for us. We live in a world still marked by oppressive powers and evil rulers. But Jesus’ victory is certain. His kingdom is advancing, his enemies are falling, and his people—even in weakness—share in his reign. Like Adam, we were meant to rule, but like Adam, we fell under the serpent. Through Christ, the true Son of David and King of Kings, we are raised to rule again, not by violence or domination, but by the Lamb’s blood and testimony.
