Power On!ਨਮੂਨਾ

How often do we pray but struggle to believe God will actually answer our prayers?
Sometimes our own faith can be measured by what we can do, rather than what God can do. The early church prayed in faith for Peter, yet they were shocked when he stood at their door. This impossible situation made possible through God’s power. When we pray, we can pray with confidence that God will work it out. Acts 12 reminds us that even in our doubt, God still moves powerfully.
Are you facing a seemingly impossible situation? Keep praying! God is able to provide the breakthrough you need, even if it seems impossible. You can be an encouragement to yourself and others by reflecting on answered prayers and ways God has been faithful to you in the past. You can trust God with His plan for your life. His power is strong in our weakness.
Prayer:
Lord, help me to trust You even in impossible situations. Strengthen my faith to believe that You hear my prayers and are working in ways I may not see. I trust You with my life and know You have good plans for my future. Amen.
About this Plan

With Jesus, we want to go from "standing by" to stepping out! Through these readings, experience stories of when God led people to turn "on" their spiritual power and saw the Holy Spirit move through them. God is ready to do miracles on Earth, but we can miss out on what He is ready to do by staying in the boat like Peter nearly did. These Scriptures will encourage you to step out of the boat and see the Power of the Holy Spirit move!
