Prepare the Way: Passion Students Winter Wkndਨਮੂਨਾ

I know I’ve never been caught up in a flood that could take me away or a crowd that could easily overpower me but I have walked through some tough times where I needed help along the way. I’m sure you can relate, maybe it was that time you had to make a big decision, pick which sport you wanted to play, or felt alone and unseen at school. There are circumstances in life that we all need rescuing from. The beautiful thing that we see in Psalm 124 is that we are not left to face these tough situations on our own because the Lord is on our side. He is fighting for OUR TEAM which means he wants to work out what’s best for us in all he does; even in the hard things. When we remember that our help is found in the name of the Lord things change. When we take time to reflect on what the Lord has done for us in the past, what we are walking through right now doesn’t seem so scary.
