OUR LOVE EXPRESSED Worship is our LOVE EXPRESSED to God as a response to His grace towards us. It is simply a response to His goodness! We humble ourselves before the Lord, acknowledging His sovereignty and faithfulness with a heart posture of gratitude. Worship is not only a genre of music or song- but worship is how we use our lives to express God’s worth in all we do. We worship through our daily actions, words, and decisions to glorify God and magnify His name in our lives. When we make worship a daily practice, we open our hearts to experience the profound presence of God. A great place to start in your practice of worship is to remember where you have been and all that God has brought you through and begin thanking Him. Thankfulness is a powerful key that unlocks the door to God's presence. Through gratitude, we realign our priorities, shifting our focus from ourselves to the One who deserves our praise. Daily worship reminds us of our identity as God's beloved children. When we magnify God and make Him bigger in our lives through worship, we humble ourselves and are reminded of His power and authority. Worship helps us put all of our problems into perspective under His glory. worship is the only thing we can give to God in return for His grace. We do not earn or deserve His grace and mercy, but we can express our gratitude through worshiping Him in all we do. He is worthy! Application/Reflection Questions: * Write out a list of things you are grateful for * What are some practical ways you can worship God? * While music is not the only way to worship God, spend 10-15 minutes listening and engaging with worship music and allow your heart to turn towards Jesus Prayer: Lord, I thank You for the gift of worship. I recognize that worship is not just a Sunday activity, but an important part of my daily life. Help me to prioritize daily worship, even during my busy schedule and responsibilities. May I start each day with a heart of thanksgiving and a desire to honor You in all that I do? I ask that You would guide my worship and that You would help me to focus on You and Your presence. May my worship be a constant reminder of Your love and faithfulness to me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
